23 Legal: Real Estate Law Made Simple!

23 Legal LLC has a simple mission: to help our clients.

We believe that a good lawyer should help you, not stress you. We believe in 1-to-1; the same lawyer should work with you all the way through. Whether you have an estate planning issue, family trust concern, or you have a legal problem in regard to a new home, business, real estate or remodel, you need a lawyer who cares. That’s where Ben comes in!

When Ben opened 23 Legal, he joined the Rotary Club of Arlington Heights and the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce. Ben is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. Most of all, Ben likes talking to people to get an understanding of their needs.

Ben Weaver helped with the closing on our house right at the start of quarantine orders due to the pandemic and didn’t miss a beat. He was always responsive and helpful making the process less chaotic and stressful. Couldn’t be more grateful!

Ben was amazing to work with. MY wife and I have used Ben a total of three times. He helped us buy our first home, sell that same home, and buy our forever home. He is respectful, timely, and professional in everything he does. He is our #1 attorney and he should also be yours.
