We recently had some estate plans drawn up and couldn't be happier with Ben and Emily at 23 Legal. They were both very informative and happily answered all our questions.
There were different plans to choose from and Ben made it very clear which one best suited our needs. The cost was perfect for our price zone.

They responded quickly with a reasonable fixed price quote. They found that someone had placed a loan against the property 40 years ago. They did additional research withing the fixed price quote to insure everything was all right.
