Monika joined the 23 Legal team in November 2024 as an Estate Plan Client Coordinator. She graduated from Elmhurst University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Prior to 23 Legal, Monika worked with multiple marketing offices and non-profit organizations, ensuring her clients received the best care possible. Monika hopes to bring that same client-centered mentality to her role at 23 Legal and help her clients with all their estate planning needs!
Emily is currently a senior at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, finishing her degree in Arts & Ideas. She is a first-generation college student and transferred from William Rainey Harper College. She joined 23 Legal in May 2024 as a Legal Assistant, mainly helping with real estate transactions, managing contracts, and working on marketing for the firm.
Lily joined the team in September 2024 as a Client Coordinator for real estate transactions. She moved to Chicago from the Bay Area, California in 2024, a year after getting her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Lake Forest College here in Illinois. She has a background in administrative assistant work and is passionate about the field of law. She is very excited to be working with clients and the 23 Legal team!
Anne grew up in Detroit and in 1997 moved to Chicago where she began working as a paralegal in estate planning, bankruptcy, commercial real estate and corporate litigation. She joined the 23 Legal LLC Team in 2018 and has enjoyed helping others working in residential real estate and estate planning.
Ben created 23 Legal in 2012. He would have a grey hair for every day since then, but he’s also lost a lot of hair since 2012 too. Oh well. Ben lives in Mount Prospect with his wife Kerry. You can find him on the weekend watching his 10-year-old son play baseball or listening to his 12-year-old daughter play the piano. As a lawyer, his favorite part of the job is cutting through the legal mumbo jumbo for his clients in an attempt to make the process as smooth and relaxed as possible.
